NE Higher Education Emergency Managers Symposium:

Emergency Management & its Evolving Role in Higher Education

Presented by The Boston Consortium for Higher Education Emergency Managers and Members of IAEM Region 1 UCC

This two-day event will bring together higher education emergency management professionals to discuss the issues they currently face.

It will feature panel discussions of topics essential to and relevant to higher education professionals tasked with emergency management.

A full detailed agenda will be available prior to the Symposium. Below are some of the sessions that will be included in the agenda:

  • Campus Protests will be a major focus
  • Fostering Town Gown Relationships
  • Hurricanes and Implementation of Mutual Aid
  • Social Networking
  • Updates from the National IAEM UCC Sessions in Long Beach
